Raw input values

I have see the Raw input values of SKM are 3V to 4V when the engine not running, that the engine background noise very high (the background noise levels are 70% when engine running with not knock). How can I setup to make Raw input values lower voltage at the engine not running?

The knock sensor is Bosch 0 261 231 217

  Hi, what values of gain do you have? What basic values do you have when the engine is idling?
