This error is usually related to file permissions, with the user that is logged in at the time not having the correct permissions in Windows to create the required directories.
The first recommended course of action is to reinstall the i2 program, making sure that the user being used has the permissions need, sometimes this will require using the "Install as Administrator" option found in the Right Click menu in File Explorer.
If the issue still occurs after reinstalling, please try the following:
Right click the attached Units.zip file and extract it. Then copy the extracted Units folder into the following directory:
C:\Program Files\MoTeC\Common\1.0
If this does not resolve the issue, or if this directory does not exist on your PC, please let us know.
