Extended CAN messages in the PDM datastream

When working with a MoTeC PDM15, PDM16, PDM30, or PDM32 you will see continuous extended CAN frames with IDs starting at 0x1C if you do a CAN capture.

These messages are present even when the PDM30 is the only device connected on the CAN bus.  These messages are used by the MoTeC Discovery program to initiate communications with the hardware and cannot be turned off.
