The EMP for the M4 family of ECU's will only work on 32bit versions of Windows, with the last supported version being Windows 7 (32bit). Microsoft turned off the 16bit subsystem used by the EMP to run in Windows with the release of Windows 8 and the change to the Windows NT based NTFS and OS Kernel.
There are some DOS emulation tools that will run the EMP's in the current versions of Windows, but the use of these is not supported by MoTeC, and no assistance in configuration can be supplied.
MoTeC will not be updating these EMP's to operate on the current versions of Windows.
