M1cfg files allow for the exportation of settings from one M1 configuration to another.
To use a m1cfg file that has been sent to you, follow the steps below.
1, Save the file to your computer, the location is free, but make sure that it is easy to navigate to.
2, Open the ECU in M1 Tune.
3, Go to File | Import Configuration...
4, Navigate to the location that you saved the m1cfg file and select the file, click on the Open button.
The contents will automatically install into the location that is set in the file and report back the results. If it reports that the install completed successfully, close the window and save the configuration to the M1. If it fails, please send the file and M1 Package to Support for investigation.
